About me
About me
I began the path of yoga during a transitional time in my life. I had a window of change open up before me, and fortunately I was aware enough to see ahead of me and decide to spend that new time learning about who I was. I suspect you are also experiencing a window of transition in your life, which is what's brought you here. The more I learned the more I realized how there is no end point to this practice, it's a lifestyle and a lifelong one at that. I wanted to know these tools through all aspects of my being.
