About me
About me
I am a Feldenkrais Practitioner, a Writer and a Trauma Specialist. When I found out my life was forever changed by an intimate death, the death of my daughter, I launched myself OUT of the dark night of the soul after many years by pouring all my emotions into my characters as a fiction writer, regaining a sense of pleasure at being alive with feldenkrais awareness lessons and releasing stuck emotions with emotional clearing techniques that rid me of negative energies quickly.
