Hello! Thank you for making it this far in your search and taking the time to consider me for your process and journey. I am a coach and counselor that works from the perspective of The Safe Status Method. This method has been developed in conjunction with partners from the medical field and mental health field. What makes it unique is that it focuses on a clients physiology and phenotypes rather then deep analysis and talk in the early sessions of the treatment plan. By feeling better in our body and creating safety physiology we are in a safer status then when we are in a threat response.
