About me
About me
As the Fitness & Massage Director at 1333Fit, I have enjoyed practicing movement modalities for over 25 years. I am grateful for having the opportunity to observe clients move and assist in teaching them about the benefits of frequency, Intensity and Time (FIT) in relationship to the natural waves, connections, rhythms and movements within their body. Breath, Heart Rate and other measurable physiological movements help us to synchronize our system allowing us to move with optimal ease. I enjoy teaching the benefits of moving with greater ease.
