About me

We take baseline measurements using an EEG (machine that measures electrical activity of the brain), get you access to the exercises you need, and coach you to your goals.
The brain (and the nervous system at large) is monitoring and responding to everything in our lives. It has an amazing capacity for change. However sometimes the brain clings to processes and patterns that no longer serve us in the present day.
