As a thriver who has overcome life's challenges, I am passionate about helping others on their journey to wellness. Through my personal experiences, I have discovered a wealth of methods and modalities that I love sharing with my clients. My mission is to serve you with compassion and expertise.

When faced with breast cancer in 2002, I turned to prayer, the support of loved ones, and the guidance of integrative nutrition and functional medicine professionals. This experience sparked a deep passion for learning, and I began accumulating knowledge and certifications to expand my wellness toolbox. Now, 17 years later, I am inspired to use my skills to help you achieve optimal health.
