I LOVE helping people. I get my inspiration and drive from seeing others succeed.
I am a Certified Exercise Physiologist, Kinesiologist, Nutritionist and all things in between.
I have been working in the fitness and health field for over 15 years and have worked with all types of individuals from those that are wheelchair-bound to those that are striving to become part of the Tactical Unit of their perspective Police Force.
I believe that health and wellness is a very holistic and I treat them as so.
