Health and Lifestyle Coaching
Health and Lifestyle Coaching is a way for us to work together in assessing and shifting diet and lifestyle practices that will allow for optimal health and wellness that align best with your goals and dreams. We will explore where you are currently, then set reasonable goals and work through small steps that can be incorporated and practiced daily and weekly to reach these goals. We can meet weekly or bi-weekly depending on what works best to keep you motivated and moving towards your individual dreams.

Personal Training
Personal training is an opportunity for us to work together on your individual fitness and movement goals. I take a functional approach to fitness in that I teach movement that will allow for individual goals and dreams to be accomplished, and these movement principles will be applicable to individual lifestyle practices of daily living, health, functionality, and longevity.
