Hi there! I am Gloria and I hear you. Life is a wild ride and these are extremely challenging times and we all need tools to navigate them gracefully. I am here to help and serve. I truly believe that taking responsibility of our life and actions is the key to live a happy, balanced and joyful life. But the truth is, nobody ever taught us how!!
We all have certain beliefs that are rooted and define who we are. We are so identified with them that most of the times we don't realize they are not eve ours, but inherited from society, our family, etc. If you really and honestly feel that something in your life is not working, and you are truly committed with yourself to do the deep work that this process requires, I am your perfect match. This is the time to regain your power and decide who you want to be regardless of what the outside world dictates. So much openness and a beginner's mind is requited to navigate this process, but I can totally guarantee you will never regret the time and energy invested in yourself.
I mostly work with people struggling with personal and romantic relationships, going through a divorce, low self-esteem, or just those who feel lost and helpless. Again, I here you and I see you. Becoming a wiser and more grounded version of yourself during these events require courage and determination. But you know what? You've got it!!
Now you have a better understanding of what I do, let me share some personal details so you can get to know me and see if we are a match! Traveling is one of my sources of inspiration (this may be related with my European blood! haha). I’ve visited around 35 countries across the globe and it definitely opened my mind! Learning from other cultures and understanding different ways of living across the world is one of my passions. It is amazing how different and similar all of us are, so beautiful!
I find so much inspiration in reading spiritual books and deepening into my spiritual daily practice, it absolutely helps me to stay grounded and connected with myself and the world from a place of neutrality and serenity. Few of my favs are "A course in Miracles", "Conversations with God", "The four agreements". These definitely changed my perspective forever!
Mindfulness, meditation, shadow work and conscious awareness are few of the tools I use during my sessions. I have seen so many people shifting into emotionally healthier lifestyles and routines that I cannot recommend them enough. I have experienced it first hand and wow, I keep asking myself, why didn't we learn these tools at school?
In my practice I truly enjoy working with people and guide them in how to better build and enjoy their relationships. And believe me, I've totally been there! Not only relating to others but with myself. This absolutely shifted my perspective of life and allowed me to live and relate consciously and mindfully to everything around us.
Since then conscious and mindful living is something I incorporated into my daily life, being respectful with the environment and mindful about the resources and the impact I create in the planet. Also, I enjoy Yoga and meditation and I practice them almost every day. Meditation helps me clear my mind, connect with my body and get rid of those things that do not serve anymore. Sessions can be conducted in English or Spanish.
Last but not least, I would like to share a quote from Mahatma Gandhi that really guides my day to day actions: “Be the change you want to see in the world”. Changing from within is the key to modify what happens outside. Are you ready for this exciting journey?
After some time working in the corporate world, I felt called to explore the deepest parts of myself and I took a certification as Life Coach at CTA (Coaching training alliance). I love what I do and it really excited me to see people evolve!
Creating a safe space for clients is vital so they can open up and express themselves. As this is not something they do daily I've many of them say "Now I have few things to reflect on that I never thought about before". It is all about creating awareness and looking at those parts of ourselves that are repressed or so rooted that are not noticed but definitely shaping are beliefs system.
