Hi there! I am Gloria and I hear you. Life is a wild ride and these are extremely challenging times and we all need tools to navigate them gracefully. I am here to help and serve. I truly believe that taking responsibility of our life and actions is the key to live a happy, balanced and joyful life. But the truth is, nobody ever taught us how!!
We all have certain beliefs that are rooted and define who we are. We are so identified with them that most of the times we don't realize they are not eve ours, but inherited from society, our family, etc.
