About me
About me
After years of working with nonprofits and society’s most vulnerable population, I am skilled at helping people find their inner strength. I love helping them navigate their lives’ journey, through challenges, changes or triumphs.
I am a certified as a Wellness Coach by the Mayo Clinic, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I also hold a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Richmond and a Licenciatura in Psychology from the National University of Cordoba, Argentina.
