About me
About me
I've been in Pastoral ministry for over 40 yrs. I attended a low carb conference in 2017 and it changed my life. I am no longer pre-diabetic, I lost 35lbs. I lowered my HbA1C from 6.2 to 5.1 in two months. I am now passionate to partner with folks who struggle with weight, high insulin and glucose levels. I became a Certified Health Coach in 2018 to help people optimize their health by encouragement, good nutrition and science. I have seen people dramatically change their health condition by ditching processed foods and finding what works for them.
