About me
I was a former Elite athlete, an undefeated champion for 5 years, a gymnastics coach for 19 years, and actively co-owned a gym 4 years. I never thought I would end up doing this work. I believe all the pain and suffering I experienced prepared me well for this work.
It started out with a back injury in 1993 that forced me to give up my Olympic dream. I then suffered much physical and emotional pain (the list is very long) that I had no idea why. On the surface, I had my S--- together but deep down I was falling apart inside.
