About me
In many ways, I’ve been coaching for free my entire life! I’ve always been able to tune in to people, listen deeply, and often act as a sounding board.
I have a BA from Duke University (Theater and Women’s Studies), and recently completed the Certified Coach Program through Coach Training Alliance.
I have a particular interest in Caretaker/Compassion Fatigue, as well as Trauma Recovery.
