About me
After years of working as a professional actor, I thought I had made it. I was working on a hit show, had a stable job, and a great apartment. On paper, my life was perfect. Yet I was dealing with anxiety, trouble sleeping, and the occasional panic attack. I had years of accumulated stress that was rearing its ugly head at inopportune times and preventing me from living to my fullest potential.
I had always wanted to try meditation, yet every time I tried I got frustrated and gave up.
