Paula offers over 25 years of experience helping people heal body, mind and spirit. She began with massage therapy and soon included Craniosacral therapy to her practice. In 2006, Paula began studying with master healer Lisa Ishwari Murphy and now holds an embodied understanding of energy medicine in many forms.
