Nutrition & Fat Loss Program
This 10-week program is for individuals looking for healthy, permanent weight loss. An individual's level of stress, perceived obstacles, faulty belief systems, lifestyle challenges and chronic dieting, are some of the factors for not being able to sustain weight loss. This program helps you identify your eating triggers and obstacles, while reconnecting you to your physical, intuitive signals of hunger and satiety. Having the proper tools and information, along with emotional support for implementing these changes, is key to not only losing weight, but keeping it off. This program begins with an extensive initial meeting, where Heather will complete a thorough assessment of your current health, medical history, lifestyle and habits. This is also where we discuss your primary health and weight goals. Often, Heather will recommend a panel of tests to further determine any significant risk factors, deficiencies or imbalances that may interfere with your weight loss and/or health endeavors. Optimizing your body is key to achieving your health and weight loss goals therefore diagnostic testing is vital to identify any missing nutrients, hormone imbalances and/or other risk factors for chronic diseases. Heather will create a personalized meal plan along with all dietary support materials, including grocery lists, educational and health information and/or tools to have you work on each week. You and Heather will co-create your short-term health goals based on the information gathered in this initial meeting. This program includes the initial 90-minute consultation and then 8-1-hour sessions, of which those sessions must be used within 12 weeks of the initial consultation.
