Hello I am Heather. I am a wellness coach that focuses on healing the client as a whole - naturally. I know what it's like to feel stuck spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically, so I offer a variety of different specialties to help my clients have healthier body, mind and spirit. I am focusing on helping those who are healing from grief and trauma. But I can not opposed to helping those that need it. I use Eastern/Ayurveda sciences as a basis of all the services that I offer because it is the ancient science of holistic health - not allopathic.
