About me
I'm endlessly passionate about health and nutrition and even more passionate about helping YOU find a style of eating that suits your body and your lifestyle. There is no one-size-fits all approach when it comes to functional nutrition because everyone's body responds differently to various foods.
How do I know this? After years of practicing as a conventional dietitian, personal trainer, and health coach I developed life-altering chronic fatigue. I went from being very athletic my whole life to barely being able to walk around the block.
