About me
Medicine and healthcare have been my karma field for over twenty years now. I started as a physician caring for patients getting treatment for their heart conditions and various chronic illnesses such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high sugar, and anxiety. My desire to work on the preventive aspects of the disease pathway lead me to pursue a Master's in Public Health. The professional burnout I experienced during the peak of my career pushed me to learn Ayurveda–an ancient Indian healing system– and wellness coaching.
