About me
I have been in the healing arts for over 20 years. It's truly my passion to help others heal .
I have been a Massage therapist and also a Reiki 2 Practitioner for over 20 years. For the last 4 years I have been on the journey of a holistic health coach helping as many women as I can to navigate the changes with perimenopause and menopause .
I have lived and practiced in Santa Fe, Nm for the last 16 years. I grew up in Wisconsin and moved to Colorado for massage school in 2001.
I have always struggled with my own issues around having digestion issues most of my life.
