My Philosophy of CareI had been in retail pharmacy for 20 years and I was not feeling fulfilled seeing how people are stuck in the status quo of healthcare. today. Prevention is key and reversal of chronic lifestyle diseases is possible!

What You Can Expect On Your First VisitI have not had the opportunity for one on one coaching but I am currently employed to help clients (Companies) find Health and Wellness programs as part of their Employee Benefits offerings.

My InspirationYoga is a beautiful way to get acquainted once again, with your body, from your little pinky toe all the way to the top of your head. It is true self-care. From easy, relaxing stretches to more challenging postures, the choice is all yours.
