From the Heart Healing & Wellbeing was born out of a passion to help people in restoring balance and harmony back into their lives, both emotionally and physically, as well as taking back their power.
It’s about releasing old, worn out beliefs and working through traumas to make positive change from within. This enables us to move forward more freely on our life’s path. As a hypnotherapist, I use hypnosis in a therapeutic way to speak with the subconscious to change undesirable behaviors and thought patterns such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, etc.
