About me
Ileana Gonzalez, Board Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and 200 hr RYT is the Founder of Apurva Wellness LLC. Ileana received most of her Ayurvedic training in a traditional gurukula-style setting in India, including clinical studies with Dr. Vasant Lad in Pune, and Panchakarma therapeutics at Arsha Vidya Peetam Trust in Coimbatore. She has been a yoga practitioner for over a decade, and her formal yoga training was done under Neva Ingalls (Inner Domain), completing the 200 hour "5 Elements Ayurveda & Yoga Fusion" Teacher Training in May 2020.
