Hello, my name is Michelle Paredes & I am a certified massage therapist & Health Educator who loves helping clients achieve optimum wellness, relaxation and most importantly educating them about their body as well as teaching them ways to maintain the work we achieve and how to implement new routines and healthy habits for an overall healthy lifestyle. I am also an herbalist who uses plant medicine to assist the work I do as we find the true origin of dis-ease as we also educate clients about the importance of plant medicine & true origin of holistic medicine.
