About me
I chose to work in therapy, because I suffered from generalized anxiety and depressive states on and off all throughout my childhood to my early twenties. I kept my condition a secret, because I didn't want to bother anyone, so I was not taken to a specialist and given medication. I had to find my own ways to cope, and these conditions forced me to learn, research and look for answers. And the more I learnt and read, the more I searched for meaning the more confused and lost I felt.
