About me
"Welcome to Turning Point Health and Wellness! I'm Cherie, a registered nurse with nearly 30 years of experience in various fields, including pediatrics, neonatal care, nephrology, organ donation, and hospice. My personal journey with Multiple Sclerosis led me to discover the power of holistic lifestyle medicine, which has kept me mostly symptom-free and relapse-free since 2007.
As a Functional Medicine practitioner and Nurse Coach, I am passionate about empowering you to take control of your health and well-being. I believe in a personalized approach that addresses the root causes of your health concerns, rather than merely treating symptoms. By working together, we will create a tailored plan that incorporates nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications to optimize your health and help you live your best life.
I understand that taking the first step towards better health can be daunting, but I am here to support you every step of the way. During our first session, we will engage in a deep, non-judgmental conversation to discover your goals and any obstacles you may face. You will leave feeling accepted, empowered, and ready to embark on a transformative journey towards optimal wellness.
