I have been a registered nurse for nearly 30 years. My experience includes pediatrics and neonatal nursing; peritoneal dialysis/nephrology nursing; organ donation, and most recently, hospice.

In 2003, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Per Dr. orders, I gave myself interferon B injections for over 4 years. I had debilitating side effects, and I decided I needed to find another way to manage my MS. I preferred to treat my disease with nutrition, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle.
