Ready to tap into states of greater happiness, more bliss, and resounding peace? Every Thursday, join us for a small group meditative breathwork session. Meditative breathwork is a powerful practice, shown to reduce stress, increase performance, and improve mental clarity. In this session, we will go into a deep meditative state using the power of our breath (totally guided, all levels beginner-advanced are welcome!)
My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment for you to heal, connect with yourself, and create a more aligned future.
We end the session with optional journaling, shares, and a connection practice.
