About me
About me
I am a mom of 4 children and two rescue dogs. I am obsessed with all things health and wellness! I also love to read, do puzzles, foster homeless puppies, play games with my kids and be outside as much as possible.
My Philosophy of Care
In the 6 years I spent having children, I started to realize that I was not taking care of myself. I was giving everything I had to my children and neglecting my mental, emotional and physical health.
