I'm a Certified health coach with Dr. Sears Wellness Institute since Dec 2019., and a certified Personal Trainer and wellness coach since 2002.
My Philosophy of Care
After 911, I was looking for more meaning in my life. I wanted to help people and make a difference. I always enjoyed staying fit and wanted to help other achieve their health goals.
