About me
About me
I have lived in Costa Rica for nearly 30 years. Besides working in the tourism industry for more then 20 years, I studied, practiced and taught yoga & energy psychology for the past 35 years. I am a Certified Professional Kripalu Yoga Teacher since 1989, a Certified Yoga of the Heart Teacher since 1999, a Certified EFT practitioner and a Certified Tapping into Wealth Coach.
In 1991, along teaching yoga on a regular basis, I developped an inner yoga practice I called Tapping into Soul (originally Soul Surrender Healing).
