About me
Art has been my passion since I was in elementary school. Looking back, I now see how much it helped me cope with anxiety, sadness, stress, and other issues that arose through my adulthood. It was my safe haven, my coping mechanism. Realizing that is was brought me to art therapy. When my boys were little (and post divorce), I had my own art studio for kids aged 2-13. I loved every minute of it, from teaching art classes to being an entrepreneur. Unfortunately the economy forced me to close, but that didn't stop me from pursuing art further.
