A deeply passionate individual, versed in Holistic Healing modalities. I see myself as an intuitive healer here to help the world with my special skillset. I am a certified E-RYT 200 Yoga Teacher.
My main disciplines are Vinyasa, Hatha, and Raja Yoga. Here is my background :
I initially studied under Divinitree Studios in Santa Barbara via 2016 which held a one-of-a-kind Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Certification in the Sacred Valley of Peru. This inspired me to further my knowledge in wellness, by studying Nutrition during this time and becoming a Certified Integrative Nutritional Coach.
