About me
About me
My name is Gene Golden, and I’m the founder and owner of The Golden School of Tai Chi Ch’uan. I am located in Bellingham, Washington and I teach private and group classes in the Yang Style of T’ai Chi Ch’uan. My focus is on balancing the flow of the body’s internal energy or Chi for health and personal empowerment. Tai Chi Ch'uan is a relaxed form of moving meditation that helps reduce stress. It is also a martial art developing speed, power and one's self-defense ability.
