About me
I'm a licensed couples therapist and an avid writer in my free time. I'm a NY transplant from the south with a love for creative arts and comedy. I weave creativity and humor into my work with couples helping them to get unstuck and reconnect.
My Philosophy of Care
I have always had an interest in psychology with a burning curiosity about the how's and why's of relationships. I was inspired by a couples therapist that I worked with several years ago who helped me to to unpack some baggage that I was carrying into my relationship.
