About me
About me
Since I was young, I've been interested in how people get wired to do the things they do, and what guides them towards well-being.
That curiosity (and many chance happenings) led me to a graduate degree in counseling, completed training in youth and adult yoga certification programs, and I am a Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath Certified Practitioner.
I have worked with parents and facilitated yoga and mindfulness for kids in schools (public and private) and in my local community since 2007.
