About me
About me
I am a bedside Neonatal Intensive Care Unit nurse and certified Alexander Technique teacher and have combined my expertise to help infants recover from the stresses and issues of their early birth. The unique use of the Alexander technique I have developed also benefits full-term infants who have had a difficult labor and delivery experience.
My Philosophy of Care
Stress, though helping us grow, can also leave us with habits of compensation that rob us of our ability to freely adapt and change, limiting us and causing more stress. But these habits can be reversed.
