About me
About me
I incorporate fascia fitness, neurobiology of emotion, psycho-logics, Affect Script Theory, embodied anatomy, expressive arts therapy, and adapted Eastern conscious movement philosophies into my stress-resilience focused somatic movement research and teaching style, known as Somatic Momentum Mechanics.
Bendable Body Method - actively loaded eccentric resistance stretching, combines Traditional Chinese Medicine with yoga and strengthening, as the movement resists the lengthening of a stretch, repairing fascia, reorganizing biomechanics, and releasing trauma.
