About me
I am a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Muscle Response Tester and owner of Nutritional Wellness Coaching. I have certifications from the Nutritional Therapy Association as well as a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and two personal trainers certifications with a specialization in weight management. I also have advanced training in supplement use. The focus of my practice is working with people that have auto-immune conditions, weight issues, fatigue, and sleep disturbance.
