I'm a midwife, health coach, compassionate listener, problem solver (I am also an engineer), rescue animal lover, outdoor adventurer and people person that would love to get to know you!
My Philosophy of Care
I spent years of my life diligently following conventional health advice yet continually becoming sicker and more obese. The vicious cycle of thinking one new 'thing' would work, the self defeat when it didn't (despite absolute adherence to the diet/exercise/medication/advice) and the disdain from professionals that blamed me all led me to read & research more.
