I'm a wife, mother, and business owner who knows the path to taking care of yourself can be daunting. From my own struggles with self-value, being an over achiever, people pleaser, and self-medicator, I have merged what I've learned on that path with my natural disposition as an educator and my innate joy to see people develop self-love and care. I could have never imagined how powerful this work can be and I hope to keep helping people like you help themselves for many years to come.
I came from a background of no stress management, a diet of processed foods, and no idea what to do in a gym to the person I am today. (Which is the exact opposite of everything I just listed!) I had no idea how big of an impact what I ate, my stress level, and how I took care of myself affected every ounce of my physical and mental health.
I now know how profoundly these changes have impacted my life, my overall health, my happiness, and the role model I am for my children. This is what I hope to pass on to anyone who is ready to do the same. Ripples in the pond, you know?
Straight forward, inquisitive, emapthetic, and motivational.
It's very likely that you have things going on with your body that you would never link to your self-care practices. And, there's a reason diets don't stick and your new goal to get the gym fails after a few weeks. (Change is HARD.)
Hiring a coach helps to keep you on track when you fall off, examine the old thought & behavior patterns to derail you, and provides accurate information in the sea of non-sense that you have to sift through when google searching anything these days.
It's the support system that provides accountability, encouragement, and straight talk when your brain tells you to give up. And the detective to help investigate and eradicate that which ails you.
