About me
About me
My interest in nutrition was piqued in 2002 upon meeting my future husband, a long-time sufferer of autoimmune disease. Witnessing firsthand the ineffectiveness of conventional medicine, a desire to find alternative methods to help my husband grew in my heart. This ambition only intensified in 2010, after experiencing my own health crisis. I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and endured a traumatic surgery with rare life-threatening complications.
