About me
At the age of 28, I was diagnosed with Endometriosis and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). I went to my gynecologist and she gave me two options. I could either switch my birth control or get a full hysterectomy at 28 years old. In my heart, I knew there had to be another way. No one was telling me what was causing my symptoms and I wanted to get to the cause. Through my own research, a gut healing protocol, a new diet, and chiropractic care, my symptoms subsided and my system regulated on its own. Confirmation to me that when given half a chance, the body can heal itself.
