Hi there! I'm Jess, and I want to first and foremost acknowledge and celebrate you for exploring your options for holistic wellness and care! There are so many who are not doing this deeper level of care and work, so be proud of yourself for taking this step in your wellness and life.
My mission is to help women create their own sense of wellness freedom. Away from the guilt and shame that surrounds the scale and diet culture. Breaking free from our limiting beliefs and the things in our mindset and life that have been holding us back both in our wellness, and in our life.
