About me
Healing doesn't have to be hard—it can be simple with the right tools.
I have spent most of my adult life assisting others along their healing journey, learning about bodies, and, for the last six years, deepening my expertise with trauma. I’ve learned that our bodies hold vast amounts of information, have immense guidance to offer, and are sources of incredible wisdom, power, and healing.
As I’ve released my own trauma and accessed more consciousness and connection to everything around me, I have become aware, and in awe of, the power of the human body, soul, mind, and heart.
