About me
About me
I have grown kids and grandchildren. I had an advertising business for several years before I made fitness my focus. Too much to explain here but to be brief I have a real passion and joy of learning and sharing with others how to feel better and encourage each other to move into "Wellness" with realistic expectations of moving our bodies in a healthy way that stimulates physical healing attributes in us. Most have struggled with this and the truth is we have all struggled with being inconsistent and poor self talk due to being frustrated with our attempts.
