About me
About me
Rolfing® Structural Integration is a powerful modality to clear pain and dysfunction from our system. Most people get significant results in one to three sessions. Yet our real goal is to go beyond relief of symptoms and to reach a place of well-being, ease, freedom, and joy in our body and our life. For that the ten session series is recommended. It systematically goes through the body to restructure and realign our self in order to reconnect us with our natural well-being, energy, and wholeness.
