About me
About me
I am a sassy, vital and energetic 79 year old who has been helping people create healthier lives for over 30 years. My book "Rock & Roll at Any Age" shows you a rebellious look at life, health & spiritual wisdom from me, The Sassy Sage. My goal is to work with others, especially women, to raise their knowledge and consciousness to live a fulfilled and healthy life as they age. Along the way I became a dance teacher, judge and competitor with my former husband and then a caregiver to help him with his Parkinson's.
