Shamanic Spiritual Direction for growth and change in your personal or professional life. The focus is on emperment, expansion, mindful creation of reality, accountability, being your sacred purpose. You have already worked on shadows, trauma and childhood issues. I was the first sound healing/meditation practitioner for the Army at Ft. Hood, Texas supporting active duty soldiers with PTSD to find alternative ways to reset that combat stress. My training supports clients to transform stress and anxiety to activate a deeper purpose for life.
