About me
About me
Johanna is an entrepreneur at heart. She formed her own advertising and marketing company in 1996, has an active coaching practice and is the founder of Not Your Daughter's Yoga (R).
Johanna has been practicing yoga since the early 1970's and became a registered yoga teacher in the early 1990's. She still maintains a handful of advertising and marketing and coaching clients however her primary focus these days is bringing a yoga practice, designed for women 50+, into the practitioners home.
