About me

At the age of 13 I attended Precious Blood Seminary for 8 years, thinking I wanted that for my life. I left the seminary knowing something else was possible. I hold a BA in Communication and French, Studied Sacred Geometry in Northern Spain, IFA Practioner, Wuji Cinnabar Tai Chi and meditation instructor and have a black belt in TaeKwon Do.
For 33 years I have worked with youth and families struggling with violence, trauma and grief. I am presently working with the Solvalti program.
